Red Hats Go Hometown!

In everyone’s life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit. ~Albert Schweitzer

I met up with some lovely ladies from high school this weekend. One of them made us "red hats". She did a great job designing them to our personalities. We had a blast!

Gotta' love men secure enough to wear the ladies hats! They look great, don't they?

  1. OMG…what GREAT photos, Suzi! Especially the gentlemen in the red hats. You GO, boys!

A few years ago while walking around the city, I saw group of women ALL wearing red hats and had no idea
why?!? Later, a friend told me it was the Red Hat Society. How COOL!

    Happy Monday, my friend!

  2. I love it! My Mom and Aunt went to a tiny high school in Warsaw, Virginia (not sure you know if it – near Tappahannock?). Anyway, this past weekend my Aunt had her 50th high school reunion, and my Mom had her 55th! The classes were so small (like 20 in each) so they had a combined celebration. They had a great time!

  3. Thanks goodness for people who have a sense of play! That keeps the fires alive for everybody. I feel sorry for people who have missed out on that important piece of life and key to happiness!
